How it works

Use the Pomodoro technique to increase your concentration and take regular recovery breaks.

The timer is set to the classic intervals of 25 minutes of work time and 5 minutes of break time. Start the timer when you begin a task. When the time is up, you will be notified so you can take a break. This way you work more focused and avoid exhaustion.
